Preparing Your Submission
Detailed guidelines and policies for authors to follow when writing and preparing papers.
1Submission & Registration Policies
All papers submitted to IEEE ICCA 2026 must be in English and follow standard IEEE 2-column format. Submit via PaperCept. Initial submissions should not exceed eight (8) pages.
For inclusion in the conference proceedings, each accepted paper is constrained to six (6) pages, with the provision to extend up to eight (8) pages subject to additional page charges. Presenting the paper at the conference is a requirement for publication, and at least one of the authors must commit to attend and present.
To uphold academic integrity, all submissions will be scrutinized for originality and checked for any overlap with previously published content using the iThenticate tool. The Technical Program Committee will consider the results during the evaluation. Ethical breaches, if any, will be investigated thoroughly by a dedicated committee.
For more information on submission guidelines, formatting requirements, and to submit your manuscript, please visit the PaperCept submission site. We look forward to your contributions and active participation in making IEEE ICCA 2026 a hub of innovation and knowledge exchange.
2Extended Abstract Submission
We also welcome Extended Abstract submissions for greater flexibility. This option is designed to provide greater flexibility for authors who may not be able to prepare a complete manuscript by the submission deadline.
- Authors may submit an extended abstract for initial review. The abstract should clearly describe the main contributions and results of the work.
- The length of extended abstracts must be between two (2) and four (4) pages.
- Will be included in conference proceedings but not submitted to IEEE Xplore or EI Compendex.
- Previously published results may be submitted.
- Must follow the same IEEE 2-column template.
3File Requirements
Files must be PDF only, up to 2MB. Submit via PaperCept.
For format compatibility, see PaperCept support.
4LLM / AI Policy
Manuscripts generated by LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) are strictly prohibited. Light-editing (spelling/grammar) is allowed. Authors must certify personal preparation.
5Margins, Formats & Templates
Important Reminders
- Note:
For Contributed Papers and Invited Session Papers, initial submissions may be up to 8 pages. However, for final submission, paper should be 6 pages long. Any page over 6 pages will incur an overlength page charge up to a maximum of two extra pages.
For Extended Abstracts and Invited Session Extended Abstracts, the submission must be between 2-4 pages. - Caution: Style files and templates provided here have been created to ensure that margin requirement is adequately met.
- Reminder: AUTHORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING THEIR PAPER IN THE REQUIRED FORMAT. ALL PAPERS THAT ARE ACCEPTED WILL BE PUBLISHED AS SUBMITTED BY THE AUTHOR. THE CONFERENCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR EDITING OR CORRECTING ERRORS IN THE PAPER.
